I've still yet to read a review or critique that thoroughly ties this film in with PTA's other films and how they reflect both his personal and professional situation at the time the film was made... that this was a film that splits PTA's subconscious and the animal in him to run free and the "enlightened" intellectual searcher in him that has also been tied down (in some respects) by the institution of marriage still has yet to be discussed... I'll buy a very expensive bottle of whiskey or whatever else for anyone who wants to meet up and discuss this film .
