New PTA-Directed Music Video For Joanna Newsom Arrives


Paul Thomas Anderson has quietly directed a music video for a single off of his Inherent Vice star Joanna Newsom's new album Divers. The tune is called "Sapokanikan". Dig it!

  7. Well, it's nice and Newsom gives a touching performance, but overall pretty unextraordinary by his usual standards in this format. Anyway, not the most substantial contribution to the familiar "Singer Lipsynchs To Their Song While Walking Around A City Street" series of music videos.
